Photo Competition 2020

This year Planet Ark’s Make It Wood campaign is once again running a photo competition, which will have two categories:

1. A photo featuring wood used in buildings (especially if it uses biophilic design!). This could be a home office, kitchen, staircase, deck, gazebo, tree house, or a wooden building that you particularly like, it’s completely up to you!

2. A photo of something you’ve made or love that is made of wood. This could include toys, furniture, photo frames, sculptures, storage boxes, shelves – again, it’s completely up to you!

The winner in each category will receive a MacBook Air 13” with FSC® certified Ecoskin wood skin cover.

We’d love you to be as creative as you like with your photo(s). This year we want to discover the beauty of wood through YOUR lens!

For many of us it’s difficult to get out at the moment, so your photo doesn’t have to be recent. It can be as old as you like, particularly if it has sentimental value to you. It’s not mandatory, but if you’d like to provide a few words telling us why it is meaningful to you, that would be great!

You can submit as many entries as you like. The entries will be judged based on the quality, aesthetic beauty and originality of the photo(s) submitted.

To be a valid entry a photo must:

The deadline for entry is midnight AEST on Sunday 31st May 2020.

How to enter

Simply send us your photo (or photos – send as many as you like!) through the online application form.
